I am extremely privileged to serve as your representative in all your real estate needs.
I work for Keller Williams Landmark 1 as a salesperson. The #1 office in all 5 boroughs for the past 5 years in terms of the volume of sales. I will provide you with the most accurate CMA of your property and the condition it is in for the most realistic expectation of the offers you should accept.
I am a NYS certified residential appraiser since 2008 with over 4,300 properties valued for banks for lending on the purchase or refinance of a property in addition to banks & private citizens needing appraisals for Estates and Divorces for the courts as needed for tax purposes or valuations to settle family matters.

I am a NYS Home Inspector who will discover and bring to light all of the issues with the home you may be buying from problems that start in the basement all the way to the top of the roof and everything in between from electrical, plumbing, masonry, windows, siding, and many other hazards you do not want to inherit.

Born and raised in Brooklyn then Queens, NY, and a resident of the Glendale for over 27 years, Maria began her career in real estate and has never looked back. A former Hair Colorist at Micciche’s for 30 years, Maria uses her experience with her clients, ensuring they fully understand the homes they’re viewing and each step of the selling and purchasing process. Maria is still dedicated to some of her most loyal clients and still practices the art of coloring hair.
